James joined Melville Independent plc as Corporate Solutions Support in May 2022. He assists clients with the implementation of bespoke employee benefit and business protection packages in addition to maintaining clients ongoing schemes.

James grew up in Edinburgh, graduating from Heriot Watt University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 2019. He joined the financial services industry working for a financial platform provider before joining Melville Independent Plc.

In his spare time James enjoys playing golf, football, and the occasional appearance in the Melville Monsters touch rugby team.
